Photography came into my life more than fifteen years ago. What began as a desire to learn a technique ended up becoming a way of observing the world and understanding myself. Over time, I realized that photographing is not only about learning how to use a camera, but also about learning how to see. To see the light, the details, nature, and those things that often go unnoticed.

Today I work as a nature photographer and educator, supporting people who wish to develop a more conscious, personal, and authentic way of seeing. Through courses, trips, and field experiences, I aim to share a way of photographing based on observation, respect for wildlife, and a deep connection with the environment.

I believe that photography can be much more than an image. It can become a tool for expression, learning, and self-discovery. Over the years, I have discovered that as we learn to see the world, we also learn something about who we are, because the way we photograph is deeply connected to how we feel, observe, and inhabit reality.

La Cámara Explora was born as an educational project with the goal of creating meaningful photographic experiences in nature from an ethical and respectful perspective. We work with small groups to minimize our impact on wildlife and prioritize observation over intervention. We do not manipulate animals, attract them, or alter their behavior to obtain photographs. Our goal is to document nature as it is, respecting the timing and processes of each species.

Beyond photography, we seek to create spaces where people can learn, share experiences, develop their perspective, and connect more deeply with the natural world. I believe that a good photograph is born long before pressing the shutter: it is born in the ability to observe, to pause, and to be present.

Photography did not only change the way I see the world. It also changed the way I inhabit it.
